Emotions are energies that communicating to us if we are in alignment with our thoughts and actions to what we want to achieve. Emotions have texture, frequency, volume, timbre and all the characteristics that musical notes have.
Understanding emotions is a great power. If I am angry what event, thought, action brought that about? If I know where the anger came from - it will be easier to manage this emotion and switch to a more positive emotion.
