1. What is emotional literacy.
the best way I can describe - it is an ability to recognize your own emotions and emotions of others and use it in effective
expression and decision making. The opposite of that would be people who are overwhelmed by emotions and express them angrily, violently or just plain are overbearing, or people who don't express their emotions at all are plain boring, uninteresting and a walking bomb ready to explode.

2. What is a process you learned and use now?
I use Genos Emotional Intelligence tool to increase Emotional Literacy at work place.
It consists of initial 360-assessment of where a person is at a given moment, coaching and constructive feedback for 3-4 month and reassessment at the end of the program.

3.Who are you helping now?
I have one case study where consultant at a major corporation used only his technical skills to save the project and deal with emergencies. After coaching with me he gets involved in decision making before the emergencies occur or when they are planned. Even it is not his job description but it is win/win for everybody.
I also work with individual client who are stock on Emotional issues and can not lead as big of life as they deserve and want.(check testimonials on my website)

4.For corporations - how are teams and individuals in the workplace held back from being successful because of not dealing with emotions?

Did you participate on that type of the meeting where the boss reads from the paper, some people are half asleep,
others are talking - nobody is interested in what is being discussed and just using it as a brake to get away from work.
Imagine the same meeting and people are engaged - the decision that will be made are relevant to them and their work and life. Which meeting you will attend?

Emotional Illitiracy is the cause of wars,unhappiness and all other plags that hang over the future of humanity.
In order to promote Emotional Literacy and Emotional Intelligence we want educate our children from the young age about their emotions and introduce in schools subjects on emotional- social education.
Let children learn how express their emotions in an effective and satisfying manner.

This message is called why coaching and why now?

The 20th century is called a century of a technological revolution.
Flying in the space, getting to the Moon, World Wide Web to name a few extraordinary inventions. As big as these inventions are and not no minimize their importance and place in human development – the 21st century will be about human revolution.
We will transform ourselves into super human beings.
We will learn how to live in the moment;
How to ctreate a win/win solutions for all;
How to use our physical mental and spiritual bodies to invent ideal life for all citizens of mother Earth;

We are all created in the image of God.
Each of us is a whole world inside - with its terrain and valleys.
You are the keeper of the keys to your world - not the teacher, not the parent, not the government official, not even a Hollywood movie star.
Imagine if you can open the treasure that is inside of you – a miracle occurs.
A Life Coach respects your world, assumes that only your know the answers,
holds your hand while you are opening your treasure.
It is for the first time that we have a profession that does not give you an advice and does not evaluates and judges you for who you are and for who you are not.
A life Coach asks empowering questions to solicit the answers from your spiritual and intuitive Self to uncover your true potential.
It is a blessing and freedom to finally realize that there is nothing you miss or need to acquire – everything you ever wanted and desired is always there inside of you.
Just bring it forth!
